Do I need to have any prior experience in art?

Not at all! This session is suitable for beginners and experienced artists alike. Our focus is on the therapeutic process rather than technical skill.​

What materials do I need?

All you need is a device with internet access to join the Zoom session.
A3 or A4 Size Paper
